SERVICES & SERMONS

Our Sunday morning service moves us through a time of Gathering, Word, Meal, and Sending.  Gathering includes prayers and songs, Word includes four Bible readings, a Kid’s Time and a Sermon. During the Meal we share communion before singing a final song and receiving a blessing. After the service, we gather in the Fellowship Hall for light refreshments. A normal Sunday service usually lasts around one hour. We believe that the invitation to Communion comes from Christ, and all are truly welcome.  Christ’s love, grace, and forgiveness are truly a free gift for all through no work of our own, so everyone of all ages is invited to commune.  We commune by intinction, so receive the bread, then dip it into the wine or grape juice, then consume it to know Christ’s active presence in your life.
